Individual Tutorial Instruction

During the 2008 White Mountain Music Festival, the Players will offer individual tutorial instruction to interested and qualified area musicians who enjoy playing classical music. Tutorials are offered at no charge to keyboard, string, woodwind and horn players with at least two years of instruction in school or from private instructors. The ability to read music is essential.

Tutorials have motivated many young musicians to reach higher levels of performance. The experience of interacting with the Players can provide insight into the professional life of men and women who travel the world, playing in the finest concert halls to audiences of many nationalities in the international language of music.

For those who are accepted into the tutorial program, individual sessions are scheduled at times and places mutually convenient to both students and the Players.
